For people that work out 3-4 times a week, do you do at home exercises/stretches during your days off?

I recently started working full time, but before this I used to work out 5-6 days. I've been working out Fri-Sun recently, but thinking of adding another workout Wed. I'm thinking about doing at home exercises/stretches for 10-20mins a day during my days off. Would that be beneficial?
