Hello there, I've been doing 5X5 stronglifts and about to switch to nSuns. Years ago (before I lifted weights) I did some warehouse jobs that gave me chronic lower back pain. What can I do to get ahead and not end up in pain? I remember one exercise that helped, and I'll make sure to add this in my regimen, they're called moving planks. It's kind of like a plank done as a slow mo pushups, and includes side planks
