Unable to do leg day for a couple of weeks, can i skip rope?

Started seeing a chiropractor to get my knee sorted finally, he’s told me no squats because it’s bending the knee that’s currently irritating it. (Not looking for medical advice) this is more of a cardio after a work out question.

After my workout I’ve been told not to do cardio, but is 10 minutes if skipping going to hinder me that much or could it possibly help?
