So my Olympic plates seem to have too large a hole. They are slightly larger than two inches, so they clang on the bar way too loudly during deadlift.
This site recommends cloth tape to reduce the clang. I tried this with hockey tape, but it was too thin to even matter.
Any suggestions for a better tape I can use to cushion the clang, or some other solution without replacing all my plates?
