Fitness secret course

I just started going to the gym and I think I need some advice.

I'm 22 years old male I'm 5'6, 65kg and with 25% body fat if that matters. I've been going to gym for 3 weeks now and I'm using Ivysaur 4-4-8 program how long should I be in the program? Should I add any biceps, triceps or shoulder exercises?
