So I have my navy pft coming up in April, and I failed my last one because of my sit-ups. I have been working on them considerably this past month with little improvement. How can I practice at home without putting my feet under something? I want to be able to do them unassisted but cannot do a single one like that. Any advice?
Yes, I know that sit-ups are bad for your back and that they aren’t the best test for your core strength, but I really need to improve by almost 3 fold in these next few months.
