Hello r/Fitness, I'm a beginner lifter who has been doing it for about 4 months. I used to play football (soccer) when I was a kid and I also go swimming a lot during summer (beach is really close). Before I got into lifting, I would go for 1 month memberships and mess around but nothing serious since my lifestyle was complemented with sedentary jobs, weed and alcohol. 4 months ago I started the Reddit PPL (while watching or reading a lot of content in order to broaden my knowledge) and also fixed my routine and eating. I have seen people here switch programs and alternate between PPL, PHUL etc. I actually love PPL because I love going to the gym 6 times a week and maybe even 7 if I feel like doing some cardio or additional ab work. I'm also getting stronger each time at my main lifts which makes me feel like sticking to the routine.
My main lifts (5x5 except Deadlift which is 3x5):
Deadlift : 100 kg
Squat: 75 kg
Bench: 67.5 kg
Barb Row: 60 kg
OHP: 50 kg
My question is, should I stick with the program or try to switch things up?
