is it ok to consume these before cardio after wake up in the morning ?

I planned to intake apple cider + water,

but also a banana for the energy

before workout in the morning, after i woke up with empty stomach,

is it ok to consume both ? imnot sure if mixing them both will detox + giving energy in the highest potential.
