Is my breakfast covering enough bases?

Hi all,

As it's January I'm getting back into fitness and healthy eating. For the last 5 months or so I've been having the same breakfast, what I'd like to know is if it's even close to what I should be eating to gain lean (ish) muscle as part of a diet.

I'm mostly vegetarian, so made it to #1 cover some omega 3 / mineral reqs, #2 have a sufficient amount of protein, #3 support gut health (seems to be this is key in the latest research)

Anyhow here's my current breakfast-

150g skyr yoghurt, 1/2 Cup blueberries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp oat bran, 1 tbsp mixed flaxseed, nuts, Co enzyme. Q10 (https://linwoodshealthfoods.com/uk/product/milled-flaxseed-almonds-brazil-nuts-walnuts-and-co-enzyme-q10/)

& a double espresso 😁

So while I think I've covered most bases, I'm unsure if everything is in the right amount, if I should add more fruit, or reduce on some of the seeds, or add in other things I might easily miss being veggie

Any help appreciated!
