Is this a good thing to do to stay in shape

I'm doing a thing where I do 10 pushups, 10 Second Plank, and 10 Squats on the first month 20 on the second, 30 on the third and so on. Is this a good way of staying in shape (I'm really physically weak so this is why im starting at just 10)
