Leg has been feeling strange when squatting or deadlifting

So when I’ve been doing these exercises recently it’s been feeling like my right hamstring is pretty spastic? Whenever I rack the weight and start to walk it’s super tight, and I sort of have to walk it off. Should I stop doing these exorcises for a bit? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
