New to this.
I would like an opinion regarding the food. As most know, food take about 2 - 3 hours to digest properly in our system. We need the calories in the food for proper body mass.
I only have free time during 7 am to 9 am before going to work and I can eat quite a lot. I know that it took about 30 minutes per day for a good workout.
My question is, can what I eat yesterday become the calories I need?
