hello guys i want to start to do this program
but i have two main questions here
- how bad it is to change the dumbbell presses to bench and military press and should i change rack chins? its looks little weird to do maybe there is better replacement?
- i saw there is 15-20 reps in the hypertrophy days i read that range of reps is for endurance and not for muscle growing - is phat updated? or there is logic behind it
