Hello, first of all I don't know if this is the best subreddit to post this to but I couldn't think of a better one. I do most of my workouts at home. Lately I've been doing more HIIT type training and doing short sprints. I notice that after I've had a sedentary week when I get back to training after a couple days I sometimes feel a sharp pain on the left side of my chest that doesn't let me breathe deeply. It feels like a chest cramp. After a quick Google I couldn't find too much info. I'm just wondering if any of you have had this problem and what you did about it.
