My brothers and I have started going to the gym recently and we're a bit indecisive what the best routine/program is with all the information out there. We're all pretty tall and relatively skinny so our main goal is to build muscle and gain strength. My brother was looking at Westside For Skinny Bastards while I was more interested in the PHUL progam. Any experiences/advice on what will probably work out best? We don't really have any time constraints but are working out with 3 people so it can be time consuming.
