Routine to get match fit?

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to everyone to help me out with a routine to get me match fit. I'm starting back football (soccer for the Americans) shortly and would like to get match fit quick.

I regularly lift weights, usually 4-5 times a week but havent done any cardio work for a long time.
