ok so ive been running 3 times a week for a month or so. im skinny. im doing it because i have really bad stamina and cardio.
ok so last week i skipped a day for the first time and the next day I felt like having an asthama attack? wheezing and stuff. it went away after an hour or so. but i was coughing and it felt like i had an infection (a flu).
Yesterday i skipped again and right now im feeling the same shortness of breath and wheezing and coughing. what is going on?
surely NOT running can do this?
