Switching from lifting to BJJ, scared of losing gains?

I'm considering switching from lifting 3 times a week to BJJ 3-4 times a week (ideally I would mix them but I've found in the past that it's very difficult and impacts both negatively due to recovery issues). The main problem I'm facing is what I'd guess is some type of body dysmorphia, where I'm afraid of losing the progress I've made so far. I came from being ~140 lbs skinnyfat to 168 lbs with decent musculature and sub 20% bodyfat, as a result of about 6 months of hard work and strict dieting/bulking. My fear is that doing zero resistance training and burning lots of calories doing jiu-jitsu will take me back to square one in no time. Does anyone have a similar experience with this?
