Upper back with Ivysayr's 4-4-8

I heard that while the routine is great, there's a bit of an in imbalance issue where there's not enough upper back volume. Are there any exercises I can add to the routine for the upper back? I'd do weighted chin ups but I can't even do a chin up, much less a weighted one. I'd add T Bar rows but my gym doesn't have one.
