Hi, I wasnt 100% sure which subreddit would be the best to post in but thought here is sensible enough.
Effectively the issue I've been having on and off for a few weeks is a shaking/vibration in the area above the elbow (facing up on outside of arm when thumbs are pointed up). The shaking seems to happen very locally and almost feels like a lack of sensation in the area when it occurs. It generally only occurs when pressing horizontally and is exasperated when the grip is thumbs up and not sideways. There is no pain and is more of an uncomfortable sensation when it happens. I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to what's going on and any preventative measures to stop it happening or future injury occurring.
Tl;dr Area above elbow shaking when pressing but causes no pain, why?
