I am 30M, 153 lbs, with 16% body fat. I would like to be under 10% body fat with a very toned body.
I did a fitness assessment with a trainer a few days ago and noticed these battling ropes are very good exercises. I am admittedly a beginner but feel using them would help me a lot. It felt like my entire upper body was used doing them and looked more toned when I looked in the mirror. I think I finally understand why people are always using them on Instagram.
