I've been lifting weights only at the and gym and wanted to change it up. I'm trying to find/create a new workout that includes the common weight lifting exercises (pullups, bench presses, shoulder press etc.) as well as cardio + weight exercises such as ball slams, medicine balls, battle ropes, sleds, tires. I'm looking into bootcamp or strongman workouts but its not exactly what I need. Is there a specific term for those exercises that I can use to look some new workouts up? If you know of any please feel free to share too! Thanks in advance
