Workout routine suggestion

Hello guys, I'm new here and I need an help from someone who's more expert than me to modify my workout routine. I started training at home in june 2019 after finding out i've gained too much weight (i was like 67 kgs x 170cms, 20 years old). My training looked like this back then: 10x3 push ups, 10x3 sit ups, 15x3 squats, 20 seconds x 3 plank position and 20 seconds x 3 hollow body position.

As I felt it was easier to end it I modified it by increasing the reps and now I do: 20-17-15 burpees (instead of push ups), 36-33-31 sit ups, 40-37-35 squats, 60-50-45 seconds plank position and 60-50-45 hollow body position but I noticed that improving is much more harder now and I've started asking myself if I am doing something wrong. I don't know if it is too much or too little reps.

Informations that can be useful: I've not been following a diet for most of the months i've trained, I've succesfully lost weight and built some muscles but I keep training to be in good shape (I can see that muscles has grown under my belly, on my arms and legs but the belly is still here but I don't really mind even if I'd like to become more "muscular"), I train 3 to 4 times a week (1 day of training, 1 day of rest and so on) and I almost always do a little bit of stretching after ending the reps. If anything is needed to help me ask it, I will answer in a comment or update this post. Thank you all in advance and sorry for any silly mistakes in this, I am not native.
