Fierce 5 Novice vs Fierce 5 U/L vs PPL linear ?

I’ve been working out for two years and I’m currently in good shape, I was cutting, I want to start bulking.

Which of these 3 programs should I use? my only criteria is, 4-5 days not less not more. And each session shouldn’t last more than an hour.
