Getting fit is harder this time.

Good morning Reddit Fitness people,

I've struggled with my weight for a long time now, and I'm done with it. Done with the shame, done not feeling sexy, etc.

But I've always been able to get in a better shape (for a while) than I am now, and his week I realized why, it's my medication.

I move around and get tired like I'm a smoker, I can barely cycle uphill, I just don't have the energy, I get dizzy and nauseous. I didn't have this before, I was big but I had lots of energy and stamina.

I made an appointment with my doctor for it, but I'm guessing there isn't much they can do, my medication is just a strain on the heart and the rest of my body.

In the meantime I'm making a fitness plan that's not as intense as I usually make it.

The tools I have at home are the floor, pushup grips, a pull-up/chin-up bar in the hallway, a yoga ball, my feet and a bicycle.

My problem is that I tend to do things 120% to 200% and have a hard time doing anything in moderation.

Do you guys have any tips on making a plan for steady progress but takes my new found stamina in consideration?
