Greetings. So, I am 20 years old with 84kg of weight, 190cm tall and studying right now. I recently got a whole set of Calisthenics equipment gifted by my fiancés family.
I started playing Badminton in 2013 but was only semi-successful.
Since I don't know a lot about how to lose body fat etc. (I also feel like that every web page says sth different) I went here to get some help.
I want to lose body fat and gain muscles. That simple. I was planning to lose body fat first. There for i planned to go running 2 times a week. 1 or 2 times a week for playing badminton and perhaps get some workouts in the day inbetween. At the same time I will try to get a caloric deficit of 300-500 a day and drink around 4 liters of water a day. Also I will try to go for around 120-160g of protein per day.
Is this a good way to go? If not, please tell me how to do better. I really want to get fit but I can't get it from the internet with every internet page saying sth different.
