I think my progress is stalling, and I'd like some tips on how to keep it going.

In June 2019 I started my getting fit journey. I was 198 at only 5'7". I cut out most sugar and all soda, I rarely snack, I eat about 2 meals a day because my lunch is usually light, and I eat dinner a little early. Now I am 147 and have made lots of visible improvements and am feeling fantastic, I literally breathe easier. I want to keep it going, so I guess I can outline what I do daily and possibly you guys can give me some advice! I start my day with a protein shake and Instant Oatmeal, and around 10-12 I have a light lunch, usually a banana and a Kind bar. My parents cook dinner so usually our dinners are loaded with junk, but I eat it anyway usually, and we eat around 5:30-6. I currently don't excercise too much, I am trying to incorporate running, but I am having difficulty keeping up on it because when I do go for a run I end up getting a side stitch or I get gased too early cuz the area around my house is very hilly. I do a small amount of calithenics, usually planks for up to 2 minutes and 50-60 pushups a day. What about my routine can I change to get more fit, gain more muscle and keep these changes a part of my routine?
