Hello,
Been back at the gym and taking training seriously again. I have always been squatting wrong, not deep enough. But now I'm retreaching my body to squat properly, the problem is I seem to lean forward when going down to proper depth. When I try to "correct" my form I fall backwards. I have been trying with a broom stick and still fall backwards. The trainer at the gym mentioned I lacked ankle mobility.
I have my squat day in a couple of hours. If in the end I can not even squat properly, how can I still have squats be part of my work out while working on my mobility without taking them away until my mobility is fixed?
