Incorperating explosive strength

Hi r/fitness

I've been getting serious with working out now for a frw month and saw amazing progress but I want to incorperate some explosive movements in my workout. I just don't know how.

I do a push pull leg split and I design my workout to have 2 to 3 compound movements and 1 or 2 isolation for push pull days.

For example:

3 sets of pullups 3 sets of bodyrows 3 sets of bodyweight curls (isolation)

What Ive been thinking is adding an extra set in front of each exercise where I do the movement explosively.

Could this work? Is this enough to progress? Does it fuck with my other exercises?
