I've been exercising pretty consistently, 6 days a week for the past 2.5 months. Lately, I've noticed that its become a sort of coping mechanism. Bad day at school? Exercise. Bad day? Exercise. Bored? Exercise. For reasons unbeknownst to me, I've started getting very angry completely out of the blue lately. My coping mechanism? Exercise. Do you think that (especially because of the frequency) exercise in my case could potentially pose some problems? Is there ever an unhealthy amount of exercise?
