Is working out 6 days a week too much?

Since I’ve started lifting years ago, I’ve always done 6 days a week. I don’t know if I’m overtraining, but I see results and it works for me. I’ve moved from hypertrophy to strength training back to hypertrophy. Is this something that depends entirely on the individual like most things when it comes to lifting?
