L sit help

so i can hold both feet (wall and ass on the floor) and one leg at a time for 60 seconds. ( jitter like a motherfucker but i bite trough it) but when i try to a tucked l sit or a normal one i can’t get my feet of the ground and end up only pulling my ass up. Is it something wrong with technique or should i train my endurance or strength?
