Sled push how many times a week?

Sled push work out how many times a week? gym

Hi I’ve recently incorporated a sled push work out into my gym routine. I do leg days 3 times a week, that’s when I do the sled push at the end of the session. I’ve started doing the sled push 4 times a week now.

I am thinking am I overdoing it? Or is it alright? In terms of leg recovery etc. I cannot find anyone mentioning or asking how many times a week of sled push is appropriate .

My goals are: Leg volume, strength, injury prevention.
