Track runner in need of advice

I'm a 16M, underweight(54 kg), around 175 cm tall, I joined my schools track team recently (sort of) and I need exercises I can do at home that can increase my stamina and speed without burning too much calories, and at my current situation and age how many meals should I eat one day?
