Hear me out, i know i’m squatting a little too much. It takes MAX effort to get the barbell on and off of my back/neck. idk. But when i set the bellbar down, i get this weird feeling in my lower right back. It kinda feels like a little tear/electric shock? this has been happening since i started squatting with the bellbar.
