Hey all, I'll try to keep it short. I've been underweight all my life because I luckily don't like most junk food and generally ate a balanced meal my entire life. Recently, I moved in with my girlfriend's family who are all overweight and it's easy to see why. They don't really cook and prefer to order pizza or eat a bag of chips as a meal, and I feel self-conscious to be the only one eating "real food," (not to mention it's a lot cheaper having someone else pay for your meals) so I've been doing the same.
I started to notice some squish in my chest and belly though, (very minor, I'm the only one who can tell) and I want to nip that in the bud before it gets out of control. Obviously, I'll need to get my diet back on track, but what kind of exercises can I do to help? I've never worked out beyond gym class in school, so I know nothing. I also would prefer not to leave my home due to the quarantine. Lastly, I don't have access to weights or dumbbells, so I'd like some exercises that don't require those.
I know push-ups with my arms spread wide are good for the chest, and curl-ups for the core, but what else? And what kind of repetitions should I be doing? When the quarantine lifts, is bike riding a good way to help out with that, or does it target the legs more?
TL;DR: what are some exercises that don't involve weights or leaving the house that can shrink man-boobs and belly fat.
Thanks for any and all advice
