I am 6”3’ (191cm) and 72 kg (160lbs) and i am looking to get more muscular.

I always have been skinny and since i currently have a gap year i thought i’d use this time to get rid of my insecurity. I have already increased from 68kg to 72kg. Can i start going to the gym now? I have been working out at home for some time but i think if i get a gym membership it will make me focus more. I would like to focus on my arms and chest since i am a football(soccer) player, my legs are quite big. I can litterally wrap two fingers around my wrist and they will touch

What kind of routine would you suggest to this absolute noobie. Thanks guys.
