I'm 15(M), 5'10 and weigh 140. I had been lifting for the past few months but my school closed and the weight room with it.
I usually do 3 sets of calf raises to failure, sometimes with single leg raises for around 10 reps thrown in between. I usually do this 4 times a week.
I have seen growth in my calves but they're sore more often then they're not. Nothing else I train is ever that sore so I'm wondering if I cut back a bit will I be better off? It's not so terrible that can't deal with it, I'm just wondering if I'm overtraining them a bit.
