Downside of not doing shoulder workouts?

Evening all,

About 4 months ago, I tore my labrum in my left shoulder. After 3 months of physical therapy, my shoulder feels pretty stable and I’m able to do all workouts comfortable besides shoulder works. I do not feel comfortable doing military press, lateral raises, face pulls, etc. The only shoulder workout I do feel comfortable doing is reverse lateral flys on a machine.

My question is, aside from the less defined/broad shoulders, are there any downsides to not doing any shoulder work? I don’t want to have back/neck issues further down the road because of a muscle imbalance

Any input would be appreciated! Thank you
