I have a condition called Ehlers Danlos syndrome so I have to be extra cautious when working out as my large joints (most commonly my knees and elbows) are prone to dislocation inb4 it can happen just from getting out of bed so it’s not the form, it’s just me being broken.
I’m trying to push my fitness goals, any advice on leg and glutes work outs that don’t put too much pressure on the knee?
