So the title is a TLDR;
Today was my first day starting the C25k, I've been overweight for about 4 years with the odd hike and kayak in the summer so no exercise. Desk job, mental health issues, ya'know the common things that cause you to get in the no exercise ruts.
I went for my run at a crisp 5 AM, started with a nice fast-paced walk then boom the first 1min run, Got winded didn't finish it maybe 30-40 seconds of running. Walked it out until the second 1m run, Nailed it ran the full 1 min, I managed to run the full 1 min runs on 5/8 of the runs.
Should I restart my day 1 until I can get the 8/8 1 min runs or should I just keep on schedule and start my day 2 run.
