Is it ok to do skullcrushers and dumbbell overhead extensions in the same session?

Struggling to find a replacement to tricep push downs since I don’t have the equipment at home. I want to make sure I’m hitting each head and I was worried that maybe these two exercises are too similar to each other. I appreciate any advice.
