Would like to receive some feedback about a workout routine I made out of boredom. I was thinking about running this whenever my gym opens back up. Am open to suggestions and changes.
Monday & Thursday: Chest/Back/Triceps
Bench Press: 2x5, 1x5+
Barbell Row: 2x5, 1x5+
Incline Bench Press: 2x5, 1x5+
Pull Ups: 3xAMRAP
CGBP: 3x6-8
Chest Supported Row: 3x8-10
OH Triceps Extension: 3x10-12
Tuesday & Friday: Legs/Shoulders/Biceps
Squat: 2x5, 1x5+
OHP: 2x5, 1x5+
Sumo DL: 1x5+
Lateral Raise: 3x8-10
Leg Press: 3x10-12
Face Pulls: 3x12-15
Hammer Curl: 3x10-12
As far as progression goes, if I hit 5 reps across all 3 sets of the compound movements, I increase by 5 lbs for upper body and 10 lbs for lower body. The last set is 5+ to get a complete understanding of how much I should really progress in terms of weight. Again I am open to constructive criticism. Running this routine isn't set in stone, I was just bored outta my mind and decided to try and throw something together. I may run this, I may not. Thanks!
