I started a ppl 104 days ago where I would do one pullup, one pushup, one squat, one sit up ( or ab rep) and one calf raise. The next day I would two of each, then 3, etc.
Now I am on day 104. My question is- are there any concerns about pushing this onward indefinitely? Should I be worried about reusing the same muscles again and again, or is there really no reason why I shouldn't be able to push this to day 200 (or whatever the end day of quarantine may be?
