Pectoral Problems

In August of last year, I (a 20 year old 5'11 male) weighed 200lbs. I changed my diet and by November, I had got my weight down to 165lbs. However, my chest area (an area where I have struggled with excess tissue) stayed virtually the same. Ever since February of this year, I have been doing chest activation, pectoral exercises, and upper body workouts 5 days a week to help with how pointy they look and have seen improvement in all areas of my upper body except the area I want. Is there something that I should specifically eat, take, or do to help with shaping them?
