Hi everyone!
I'm a 20 year old female, 157 cm tall and i weigh 47 kg.
In the last year or so I've been working out at home, focusing mostly on toning and strengthening. So far I've had no major problems in reaching my goals, the only problem are my quadriceps. While the rest of my body got toned as I wanted, my quadriceps got a little too bulky for my taste.
After some research online I stopped doing exercises that focus on the quadriceps, like squats and lunges, and focused on exercises that focus on other parts of the leg, however I feel like my "repertoire" is a bit scarce right now.
Can you suggest some exercises I can implement in my routine to tone my legs without getting too much bulk?
