I know there are a lot of threads about this topic already. This year I decided to take gym seriously (been lifting for a couple years, but honestly without proper nutrition and counting calories it is waste of time, at least for me). Everything is doing fine, but my calves are really lagging behind. Even though I started doing them at least 4 times a week. (Usually I do PPLRPPL). Been doing heavy reps, lights, single legged, slowly, fast, holding contranction for a few seconds at the top (doing them on some plates so I can go in deficit with my feet). I see only little improvement.
I've read every topic on reddit, watched youtube vids, ect.
What is something else you would recommend to try?
