Hi! Im 15F and 5’6. I have been not going to the gym that much due to quarantine. I never really tried to fix my diet so i'm pretty heathy but not strong. I have been using her workouts for the past week and I feel sore but i'm often questionable of their effectiveness. I usually do her intense 15-20 minute bodyweight workouts after 30 minutes of the peloton bicycle. I switch between upper body, abs, legs, and so on throughout the week. I would like to know if these are actually effective for a beginner such as myself?
