I’ve been biking home from work almost every day and it’s been a great way to exercise and build more leg muscle. Overall I have weak upper body strength though and I’m wondering if there are any activities like biking that focus on the arms and upper body and that can be a daily routine.
I’m trying to find exercises outside of the gym and things that aren’t just exercise for the sake of health/building muscle. Biking is something that’s fun and that I don’t even have to think of as exercise. Does anyone know anything like that for the upper body? Things like rock climbing are great, but I can’t exactly rock climb home from work.
