Heya. How should I reintegrate 5/3/1?

Before quarantine I was doing BBB For about a year straight. So far since quarantine I’ve been doing a lot of prison style workouts, burpees pushups pull-ups and those kind of things. Since gyms are reopening around here again was wondering how low should I start off? I heard taking 30% off your original strength. Any thoughts?
